Your JV partner will then receive a percentage of the profits from you. Don't forget, they're in business to make money so make this as lucrative for them as you can to increase your chances of getting them to Joint Venture with you. Also, keep in mind that the site owner may be quite busy with other things, (remember, you'll want contact the experts in your field) so you'll need to have already prepared a letter that is to be sent to the customers to serve as a letter of referral sent from your JV partner urging his/her customer base to visit your website. This strategy is a wonderful way to create instant sales on your website and produce (otherwise unrealized) profits for other site owners. As a side note you can also use a little creativity and collect the email addresses of these new visitors and in effect build a large list of contacts who are interested in the very product and/or service you provide. As you can see, Joint Venturing will serve as an invaluable tool for your business, both for immediate and long term healthy profits.
